Shipping details

Shipping is always done via USPS priority mail. They give us free boxes which eliminates the need for us to charge a handling fee. Insurance and tracking are added to every shipment. If you require expedited shipping, please let us know before checking out so we can adjust your total. After your payment has cleared we ship items the following business day. With priority mail it takes 2-3 business days to receive your order.

As far as international shipping, we have never done it! Not because we don't want to, just have never been asked. If you are outside the continental US, please feel free to contact us to work out shipping details. Rates vary depending on country so let us know where you live and we can get a quote for you.

Refunds, returns & exchanges

Refunds will be given only if the item you receive is somehow damaged in transit or not as it was described in our listing. We try to describe every item very accurately, so make sure you read the descriptions thoroughly. For example, some of our quilts are wall hanging size. Please do not order a wall hanging and expect a bed sized quilt.

In order for us to issue a refund, the buyer must contact us within 7 days of receiving their package to let us know what happened. The buyer must then return the item to us. Once we have received it, we will promptly issue your refund for purchase price and return shipping. We will not refund original shipping cost.

1. Do you do custom orders?

Absolutely! We love custom orders. Just contact us to let us know what you're looking for.

2. How long do custom orders take?

That depends on the size of the item and the fabrics that you want. Big quilts can take around 3-4 weeks to complete. Bags and iPad covers can be finished much faster. Many fabrics we use are not available in our local shops. If you want a specific fabric we can likely get it (unless it is no longer in print), but we may need to order it online which can add several days to your order.

3. What kind of fabrics do you use?

We use high quality, 100% cotton, quilt shop fabrics. We also use 100% cotton Warm and Natural batting.

4. Where do you have your quilting done?

Right here! We do all of our own quilting on our sewing machines.

5. I made a quilt top. Can you quilt it for me?

As much as I would love to say yes, I think that type of job is best left to a professional longarmer. They have much more experience doing custom quilting. Longarmers are wonderful options for those who want the quilting of their own quilt tops done for them. They have the equipment available to get it done in a very short amount of time for you.
